Thanks to Ina, a friend whom I met at Leiden University, I discovered that an important outcome of my last intervention cycle already has been researched. Amy Cuddy, who is a social psychologist and professor/teacher at Harvard Business School (and a former professional dancer), found out that body language and someone’s posture can change not only other people’s judgements of that person, but also his/her own perception of him-/herself.
